Biography
Wyatt Kirby was born in 1808 in Kentucky, the son of Major William Kirby and Lavinia Anderson. He married Elizabeth Graham on 14 August 1827 in Warren County, Kentucky, as recorded in Marriage Book A, page 142. Elizabeth died around 1843, and Wyatt remained in Warren County until his death on 8 January 1865. Through his parents, Wyatt carried descent from two DAR patriots: his paternal grandfather Jesse Kirby (A065510) and his maternal grandfather Bailey Anderson (A002346).
