Second audit (2026-04-15): Re-extracted all named individuals from 100+ vault files including new additions (adoption record AD-12551, Awalt/Lloyd person files, 23andMe data, Jelinek/Warnke/Kuchenmeister person files). Added 40+ newly tracked "Identified but No Person File" entries across Awalt family, Loyd/Cowden family, Warnke/Jelinek siblings, and Orrill family network. Resolved 2 previously unresolved entries (Fern Orrill, Ethel Lanphere Jones). Added 1 new unresolved entry (Sybil's second dead child). Updated Witness_Network with 15+ new document officials (birth certificate registrars, marriage officiants, court officials). Net change: 11 active unresolved (down from 13 at start of session, accounting for adds and resolves).
