Biography
Samuel Judkins III was a planter in Surry County, Virginia. His daughter Sarah Judkins married Charles Holt (1694-1773), connecting the Judkins and Holt families of Hog Island. The Judkins family had been in Surry County since 1672 when the immigrant ancestor Samuel Judkins I arrived.
