Biography
Calvin A. Fulghum was born on 5 January 1867 in Indiana to Isaac Fulghum and Caroline Arnold, both Indiana residents, and married Eva Eleanor Wiley in 1890. The couple had at least four children: Marshall Wiley (1894), Fred Forest (1895), Eugene (1898), and Agnes Lorea (1900). Calvin's mother Caroline Arnold Fulghum lived to approximately 99 years of age, dying on 2 March 1932. Calvin died on 29 November 1945 and is buried at Highland Cemetery in Winfield, Kansas, a community closely connected to the broader Fulghum family network in Cowley County.
